Delivery

Last updated 4 November 2026.

Delivery is free on every order to a UK address. It takes 5 to 12 days in total.

Every item ships from a warehouse in China. Orders are dispatched in 1 to 3 days, and the parcel then takes 4 to 9 days. We email the tracking number when it is on its way.

Any import VAT or duty is paid by us. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery. If a courier asks for a fee, do not pay it and email us.

If nothing has arrived 20 days after you ordered, email us and we will resend it or refund you.

We deliver to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Not yet to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO or outside the UK.
