Returns and refunds

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day after it is delivered.

To cancel, email us with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back; we email you the return address.

If you change your mind, you pay the return postage. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we pay it, or refund you without asking for it back.

We refund the full price, including delivery (which is £0), within 14 days of getting the item back or of proof of postage, whichever comes first, to the card you paid with.

We may reduce a refund if an item has been used more than you would to check it. This does not affect faulty items. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
